Haphazard perception

We know that Oriental rugs in the Southeast, especially Florida, ordinarily go for much less than they do in the Northeast, such as New York. For anything reason, several areas inside Florida are snowed under with such Oriental rug so they put up for sale rather cheaply at public sale. It is a matter of supply and demand. When inventory gets low enough, the dealer sends more rugs.
